The Synergetic Group is a holding company founded in 2003 by Giampaolo Cagnin. It includes more than 20 participations across sectors such as food, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, education, and thermal wellness. It does not manage portfolios. It partners with projects to transform strategic assets into businesses that generate measurable impact—economic, social, and cultural. It intervenes early, when an idea requires capital, expertise, and vision at once.
The headquarters is Villa Pallavicino, in Pilastro di Parma—a 17th-century villa that today serves as a center for business culture. Here, entrepreneurs, investors, and cultural leaders meet to exchange knowledge and build alliances. It is not a showcase. It is not an event. It is a space where research, art, technology, and relationships create an ecosystem of thought. Access is selective. The quality of people matters more than numbers.
